Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Pappagallo Classiques Online. Eligible online purchases may be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Jewelry and health-related items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to return an item

Email info@pappagallo-classiques.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Online purchases may be returned to our Frisco location only, unless we provide different instructions. Please contact us before bringing or shipping your return. Our Fort Worth location does not accept online returns unless specifically authorized.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, including an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. In those cases, contact us so we can arrange the return at our expense.

For mailed returns, please retain your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

To request a different size, color, or item, email us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can help resolve it.
